I live in the San Francisco Bay Area with my family, have two adorable kids, and love simple joys of spirit and nature. I was born and raised in India. My parents, who belonged to Uttrakhand foothills, exposed me to simple Himalayan devotional culture. Over the years, sometimes mysteriously, sometimes intentionally, and sometimes by serendipity, I ended up exploring ancient practices and philosophy across different spiritual traditions, from Ashtanga Yoga, Hinduism, Buddhism, Taoism, and Zen.

To understand Yoga practices for my own personal practice, I trained as a certified Yoga Teacher in 2006 from Vivekananda Yoga Research Foundation, VYASA, Bangalore, India, and also from Mount Madonna Institute, Watsonville. Fascinated with all I kept discovering over the years, I also ended up training in integrative practices in Vipassana(Mindfulness), Ayurveda and Nutrition, and Herbal Medicines.

I love to share all these healing practices; how meditation, ayurvedic nutrition, and yogic way of living, rooted in ancient Vedic wisdom and supported by modern scientific research, can help us live deeply.

The Yoga of Living Deeply is a way of living in this world. To bring depth in each and every action; how we eat, what we use, what we wear and how we treat others; how we work and relax. To live in wisdom with Mother nature, Prajna.
